How to Proceed
Contact us by phone or email before you initiate any action
- Fingerprints Taken Abroad
- Have your fingerprints taken by a local police station or authorized fingerprinting agency in your country.
- Fingerprints are captured clearly, dated, and signed/stamped by the officer who took your fingerprint impressions.
- Courier the Fingerprint Card package along with other required documents to our office in Mississauga, Canada.
- Include Notarized copies of your TWO required forms of identification.See the Link to the Government-issued photo identification
2.Digitization & Secure Submission
Novel Notary Public Services is an Accredited Fingerprint Company in Mississauga, Canada. RCMP Accreditation
- We will convert the ink fingerprints into digital format and securely submit them to the RCMP for processing.
3 Results Issued by RCMP
- Once the RCMP completes processing, the RCMP will send your Certified Criminal Record Check results directly to you or to the authority you designate (for example, employer, licensing body, or immigration office, etc.).

Pricing
All fees below are service fees for fingerprints
- RCMP Accredited Digital Fingerprinting Card Conversion $125.00+HST
- Paper Fingerprints are converted to an electronic submission to CCRTIS, and we provide DCN as confirmation of submission
- Note: In certain types, the RCMP fee( called Federal Processing Fee ) $25.00 is charged separately; there is no HST on the RCMP fee.
- There is no RCMP fee as of now, for fingerprinting for Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Resident, Federal Government employment, Privacy Act, Volunteering work, Canadian Police Force
- This fee does not include any mailing or courier fees
