Who is Inadmissible to the USA?
There could be many reasons:
Someone involved in a criminal act and in violation of US immigration Laws.
The Offence could be in any country.
The inadmissibility could be temporary or permanent.
It means that you are not allowed to enter the United States of America because you were charged, arrested, or convicted of an offense inside or outside the United States of America.
 If you are trying to enter the USA as a non-immigrant on a temporary visit, you need a visa to enter the USA (unless you are exempted).
If you are a Canadian Citizen and are inadmissible and intending to visit the USA, then the majority of the time you are required to apply for Advance permission to enter the United States of America.
The application form is I192. You may invariably fall into this category.
Therefore, as a Canadian Citizen, although exempt from a US visa, you may still be denied entry to the US due to inadmissibility.

So, the benefits of a US Entry Waiver

- The Waiver, if granted by the US Authorities (Admissibility Review Office, CBP), allows temporary entry into the USA for visiting family, vacation, and travel.

- RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check: submit your digital fingerprints to the RCMP
- Ink & Roll fingerprints on FBI FD 258/ FD 1164 fingerprint card, if required
- Helping with court records, local police reports, etc.
- Preparing your us waiver package for submission through the eSafe system
- Requesting your biometric appointment as a hassle-free service
- As of now, the US Government fee is US$1100.00, paid directly by you
- Our fee for preparation and collecting all documents and submission is separate from the US government fee, which may vary according to the matter.
NOTE: Our role is fingerprinting and application preparation, and not as a representative. The final decision is with ARO.

- RCMP Accredited Digital Fingerprinting fee $59.00+HST +$25.00(RCMP fee)
Digital Fingerprinting is submitted electronically to CCRTIS, and we provide DCN as confirmation of submission.
