FBI uses FD 258 or FD 1164 fingerprint cards for fingerprint submission for those who have lived in the USA and need FBI clearance, called identity History Summary Checks.
If you are applying for any licensing in the USA, you might be asked to get your fingerprints captured on either of these forms.
We have both of these forms of cards. If you have procured these cards, you can bring them with you and we will capture your fingerprints as per the requirement of the FBI https://www.fbi.gov/how-we-can-help-you/more-fbi-services-and-information/identity-history-summary-checks.
We can capture your fingerprints with ink as prescribed for this purpose or if necessary, we can also get your fingerprints through Livescan printouts.
If your fingers are wet or sweating constantly, you must take precautions.

How to send an identity history summary check request
1. Go Online https://www.edo.cjis.gov/
Follow the steps under “Obtaining Your Identity History Summary.”
Complete all the sections. If Your request is for more than one person, create and submit a second application in the same way with a separate fee.
After fee submission, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
Take a printout of the email confirmation.
Remember, you will mail to the FBI a completed fingerprint card and confirmation of fee payment received by you through email.
