Look for the local police office in your area if you are living in Canada. You need to find out whether the police office provides fingerprint service for this purpose since many offices do not take fingerprints for such reasons.

RCMP will conduct criminal background checks based on fingerprints and generate a fingerprint report which will be sent to the concerned Citizenship Office.
What you need to bring with you when you attend to our office:
The letter you received from IRCC, a printed copy, or an email attachment on your phone if you have data on your mobile phone.
PR Card should be valid.
Your proof of permanent resident status of landing
Two valid IDs-Driver’s License (issued by a Canadian Province or Territory), Foreign Driver’s License, Foreign Passport, Canadian Permanent Resident Card, Certification of Indian Status, Firearms Possession Certificate, Firearms Acquisition Certificate, Canadian National Institute of the Blind Identification Card, Federal/Provincial/Municipal Identification Card, Military Family Identification Card.
