You should contact Novel Notary Public Services, an RCMP-accredited fingerprinting service in Mississauga or you can contact any other Private fingerprinting company accredited by the RCMP.
We will provide you with the necessary instructions as to how to obtain fingerprints on the fingerprint form of all ten fingers in black ink. Once we receive the fingerprint package with other documents directly to our office, we will convert the paper fingerprint form through an electronic system and submit it to CCRTIS electronically. If No match to a criminal record then generally people do receive it in 2-3 weeks on average including RCMP process time and Canada Post mailing period.
If your fingerprints match the existing record, it means that you were arrested and sentenced in the past, then processing time takes longer than normal which could very up to 90-120 days. In these kinds of cases, manual processing is involved.
