We are RCMP Accredited Digital Fingerprinting Agency since 2014 submitting fingerprints electronically to RCMP’s Canadian criminal real time identification services (CCRTI’s) for the following civil purposes:
If you are submitting adoption application whether domestic from within Canada or International, in such a situation you might be advised to provide RCMP Certified Criminal Background Police report based on fingerprints. You may also be required to procure Certified Criminal background check report or Police Report from other countries if you have lived in such countries for more than 6 (six ) months. Novel Notary Public services being an RCMP Accredited Fingerprints agency can help these applicants to submit their fingerprints digitally to RCMP to get the Certified Criminal Background Police report.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) may ask you for fingerprints to complete your certified criminal record check. Your fingerprints will be captured electronically by our experience staff as we are RCMP accredited digital fingerprinting agency and submitted to RCMP’s CCRTIS (Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services). The results of your fingerprints may be sent to you by RCMP and then you forward these fingerprints results to the concerned citizenship office. Or otherwise, the results of your fingerprints may be sent directly to the concerned citizenship office (IRCC) by RCMP based on your authorization to us.
Bring the Letter that you have received from CIC along with Two valid original IDs.
Fingerprints are required to be submitted for Landed Immigrant Status Certified Criminal Record Check to obtain RCMP’s certified criminal record check for Permanent Resident Applications (PR) for those who are on Refugee status, Protected persons, humanitarian class, work permit, student permit (study permit), Express Entry applications, spousal sponsorship, parental sponsorships, Group 5 sponsorship, etc. If IRCC has advised you to provide RCMP fingerprint based Criminal Record Check from Canada then you can contact Novel Notary Public Services, an RCMP Accredited Fingerprints Agency in Mississauga to capture your fingerprints to procure RCMP fingerprint based Criminal Record Check.

What if you have been advised to obtain RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints submission electronically to RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) for searches to National Repository of Criminal Records for civil purposes. In that case you need to contact Novel Notary Public Services, an RCMP Accredited Fingerprints Agency in Mississauga. You need to bring Two pieces of original valid IDs issued by Government.
The first step towards Record suspension is to visit RCMP Accredited Fingerprints agency, Novel notary Public Services, to submit your fingerprints electronically to RCMP to get the Certified Criminal check Police report. RCMP report is the basic document to obtain court documents for each conviction. You can call us to book your appointment online to proceed further.
Fingerprints submitted under Privacy Act allows the applicant to have criminal background check report issued by RCMP National Repository of Entire Holdings (criminal records) for civil purposes. This report does not include your picture and fingerprints. The RCMP report is mailed directly to the individual applicant and not to the third party.
Such applicants who are in Canada and applying for Immigration to USA (applying for Green Card) needs to obtain RCMP’s National Repository of Entire Holdings (criminal records) under Privacy Act based on fingerprints submission.
Are you applying for US Waiver I192 or If you have plan to travel abroad, work, or applying for visa or border crossing, certain countries do need Certified Criminal background check report issued by RCMP based on fingerprints submission.

Fingerprints For Volunteering and Vulnerable Sector Check:
You must bring a letter issued by Volunteering Organization
Fingerprints for Vulnerable check is processed when the applicant will have direct contact with children(minor) or vulnerable persons including old aged and physically challenged people.
Invariably school bus drivers, medical personnel, day care centers, teachers, etc. require vulnerable sector check.
In case RCMP criminal background check is required, you are advised to contact first your local police services. The local police services will issue you a reference letter for the Accredited Fingerprints Agency. In such a case fingerprint will be submitted electronically to RCMP and the certified criminal check results will be directly mailed by RCMP to such Police Office to issue to your final vulnerable check report.
