PHILIPPINE

The individual applicant needs to procure Fingerprints Card from the Consulate of Philippine to get the Police clearance from Department of Justice, National Bureau of Investigation, Manila or contact our office as how to obtain the fingerprints card. SOUTH AFRICA

South African Police Services, Department of Police accept full set of fingerprints in their own form (SAPS 91 a) with Ink and Roll. The Completed fingerprints will be sent by the Applicant to SAPS to procure Police Clearance Certificate from SAPS. IRAN

Applicants seeking criminal background check from Iran need to follow Form 460 or 461 available on the Iranian Consulate website https://washington.mfa.ir/en/GeneralCategoryServices/

You need two sets of Ink and Roll fingerprints which should be captured on RCMP fingerprints Form C216C

IRAQ

To obtain Non-Conviction Certificate or Certificate of Good Conduct from Republic of Iraq, you should consult Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ottawa to make sure that you provide updated documents to the Consulate including fee. For more information consult

If you are going to appoint someone (a Trustee) on your behalf to follow up your paperwork with the Police Services, then you should prepare a Power of Attorney in that person’s name. You need to get this power of Attorney notarized and legalized from the consulate of Iraq in Ottawa.

For this purpose, fingerprints captured on Canadian Fingerprints Form C216C is acceptable by Consulate, however, if the consulate provides any specific fingerprints form, you are advised to bring to our office and Fingerprints Technician will capture fingerprints with ink and roll technique. 

KENYA

Application for Certificate of Good Conduct, Biographical details Elimination of Finger and Palmprints form (C 24) is required for fingerprints with Ink and Roll procedure for Kenya.

JAMAICA

Persons living in Canada and who require Police Records from Jamaica for the purpose of Immigration, Citizenship or Employment, contact to Novel Notary Public Services to capture fingerprints, signed, and sealed by the Notary Public. You are required to bring an authorization letter if someone is to collect the police record on your behalf. This letter also needs to be Notarized by the Notary Public. Our Notary Public can also prepare and notarize this document at an additional cost. You are also required to provide a Notarized copy of your passport.  We will Notarize the copy of your passport for an additional fee.

BAHRAIN

Applicants who require Good Conduct Certificate from Kingdom of Bahrain, Ministry of Interior needs to have their fingerprints and palm prints captured on the specific form prescribed by Kingdom of Bahrain, Ministry of Interior.

Applicants looking for Police Character Certificate from Nigeria are required to get their fingerprints on a prescribed fingerprints form CRO 21A which is available in our stock. Contact to Novel Notary Public Services to do the needful. After your fingerprints are captured on the form you will mail it to Central Criminal Registry, Nigeria along with a copy of valid passport, 2 passport size photographs, the application fee, etc. You are required to bring an authorization letter if someone is to collect the police record on your behalf. This letter needs to be Notarized by the Notary Public. Our Notary Public can also prepare and notarize this document at an additional cost. 

THAILAND

Individuals seeking Police Clearance Certificate from Thailand are required to obtain Two sets of Fingerprints on a prescribed Form of Taking Fingerprints. This form is available in our stock. 

After fingerprints are captured on the prescribed form, the applicant is required to attach additional documents and fee with the completed fingerprint form and the additional requirement of documents and fees are available on Royal Thai Embassy, Ottawa, website. https://ottawa.thaiembassy.org/ You can mail the completed fingerprint form and the documents to The Police Clearance service center, Thailand to obtain Police Clearance Certificate. 

SINGAPORE

The applicants seeking The Certificate of Clearance (COC) from Singapore which is issued by the Criminal Investigation Department of Singapore of the Singapore Police force (SPF). The applicant needs to submit an online application and procure the confirmation. The applicant should contact our office, Novel Notary Public services, to have captured fingerprint impressions on Singapore recognized Fingerprints Form, Industrial Identification.

INDONESIA

Applicants seeking police Certificate from National Police of Indonesia need to have completed fingerprints on the Indonesia Fingerprints prescribed form; kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, Blanko Sidik Jari Untuk Orang Asing.

You need to bring Two pieces of valid government issued photo identification and one passport size photograph to be pasted on the fingerprint form. You will thereafter mail the fingerprint form to Indonesian Authorities for Police Report. You need to follow all the instructions as per the requirements of National Police of Indonesia. 

MEXICO

You may contact us to capture your fingerprints with Ink and Roll technique on fingerprint form. We will provide to you 2 sets of original fingerprints with your name, date of birth, sex, and gender and other required information on the form. Our RCMP Fingerprint Form( C 216C) is well accepted by Mexican Authorities for issue to you Police Report, which is used for Permanent Residence application, etc.
